Clifftrail Town by Heavy-Metal-Lover Clifftrail Town by Heavy-Metal-Lover
Update @ 05.06.2013, 20:10
- town name change: Clifftrail Town instead of Raypath Town
- trees: new design
- palm trees: new design

It never got its "Final?" version, but here it comes with my latest style. It's Clifftrail Town, a seaside place with some hills and valleys and extremely impossible design :P

The previous version:

I will never understand why at some people the normal water is transparent and the sea is not lol

You might try alpha channel in photoshop for the sea tiles, maybe something nice can come out.

Im sure about it :>

Trust me I really am able to do it :> But I don't really imagine making a big sea route map with transparent water and tiling the sea floor :P

That must be one hell of a stoneware. xD

Because no rock would hold so much water that the pressure of the entire sea near the beach wouldn't ingress the entire valley merely feet away. Then again, the water dropping from the waterfall seems to disappear into the soil without any problems.

I'm sorry if I ruined anything for you. Feel free to ignore or even delete.

My map is made of public and private tiles. And you can use every public tile. If you look into galleries of credited people you'd find a few public tilesets.

Okay... The problem is that i never could find the tiles that i like.
They are outdated (some of them) and others are just amazing.

I have some of these tiles already in use with my project, but i need more.
I came across your screenss and loved them in an instant.

That is why i asked for the tileset.

Maybe you could direct me in the right direction.

Anyways, thanks for your help so far.

Hey, you should fix your description. It says: None of those VERY tiles, sprites or designs belong to Nintendo nor GameFreak. but you have the 'Cut' tree all over the place.

I love this, I liked the random natural placement of the trees in the last version but this works well too. It's all looking pretty good. :)

Natural placement doesn't work with tiles like these. But it was hard as hell to place them like that, so I don't miss it ;]

Thanks :)
